Successful event demonstrates NR+ connectivity and interoperability
The DECT Forum was delighted to welcome a large and enthusiastic audience to its Building Information Group (BIG) event held on the 10th March 2026 alongside Light + Building, the World’s leading trade fair for lighting and building services technology, in Frankfurt, Germany.
In addition to insightful presentations from BIG representatives and industry experts, a live demonstration at the NR+ event featured higher data rates and lower end-to-end latency than any other existing IoT system. The demo connected around 80 NR+ devices from members of the NR+ Building Interest Group, including Legrand and Schneider Electric products. With network devices widely distributed across the international hotel building, the demo was based on production-grade technologies provided by Nordic Semiconductor and Wirepas.
