Mike Foley is an over twenty-five-year veteran in wireless, software, networking and Internet of Things technologies and a proven high-impact leader exceptionally skilled at developing and marketing high performance new technologies. As the Executive Director and CEO of the Bluetooth SIG, he led the development and proliferation of Bluetooth technology through its massive adoption and growth years of the 2000’s. After leading the Bluetooth SIG through the adoption of the Bluetooth Low Energy specification, Mike began a consulting company. This enabled a return to his roots of creating consumer-based hardware and software products. At this point in his career, Mike mainly focuses on intellectual property related issues and serves as an expert during IP litigation cases.
Mike is the winner of multiple technology and business awards. He is a distinguished author published in many trade journals and is recognized worldwide as a go-to resource in the wireless, software and networking industries.
