Liselotte Lyngso
Liselotte Lyngso is Managing Partner of the innovation and futurist company Future Navigator. Prior to that, she was Director at Fahrenheit 212, an ideas company owned by Saatchi. Liselotte works extensively with scenarios for the future, innovation, technologies and megatrends that have consequences for the way we think, work, feel and consume. She is in great demand as futurist coach, as well as consulting for global organizations. Born in Denmark, Liselotte has an M.Phil. in Economics and Politics from St. Antony’s College, Oxford University, UK. Liselotte speaks Scandinavian, English and French."We are very pleased that Liselotte has accepted to be a keynote speaker at the DECT World 2022 Conference", says Andreas Zipp, Chairman of the DECT Forum.

Paul Rowe (Spectralink)
Paul has 30 years’ experience working in the enterprise telecoms industry. A background in product management, product marketing and go-to-market consultancy roles at leading international telecoms vendors: Nortel, Avaya, BroadSoft and Cisco. Paul helped launch the first DECT cordless products at Nortel before taking international roles to help launch and scale IP-PBX, unified communications, contact centre and cloud/hosted communications offers through service providers. Now at Spectralink, he’s responsible for product management of Spectralink's DECT portfolio.

Wolfgang Bilz
Wolfgang Bilz is the chairman of the Regulatory Working Group. He will give an update about spectrum protection and other important regulatory topics. Wolfgang finalised his study on telecommunication with the diploma thesis developing a wireless microphone system achieving market access for Europe. During his career with Shure, he had the chance to work in different departments in different roles including engineering, project management, compliance, and regulation. He is now a member of Shure’s Spectrum and Regulatory Team responsible for the European region. Wolfgang is chair of the PMSE (Programme Making and Special Events) industry organisation APWPT.org and chair of DECT Forum's Regulatory Working Group. For several years he has participated in several national and international regulatory and standardization groups including ITU-R, CEPT, ETSI to name a few.

Adrie van Meijeren
Adrie van Meijeren is working in the semiconductor industry since 1991, of which the last 17 years in sales and marketing of wireless system-on-chip products. In his position as European sales manager at SiTel Semiconductor he has been closely involved in many customer programs and product definitions for DECT, Unified Communications and Wireless Audio applications. Since 2016 he worked in Bluetooth low energy product marketing in Dialog/Renesas as a marketing group manager being responsible for bringing multiple Bluetooth LE products successfully to market. Per 1st of April 2022 he joined the Audio & Voice product line as marketing director. In his spare time, he enjoys music, audio design, running, outdoor activities and spending time with his family.

Roel Ottink
Roel Ottink holds a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and has a long career in private telecommunications (PBX and Unified Communications) as well as on-site wireless communications based on DECT and VoWiFi. He has worked for large companies including Philips, Ericsson and Ascom and holding positions in Product Management, Marketing and Sales. During his time at Ascom he was member of the DECT Forum Board for several years. Since September 2021 he holds the position of Director of Business Development at the DECT Forum.

Shigeo Sato
Shigeo Sato is working for the wireless communication area around 20 years where he developed not only hardware including ASIC but also lower layer software. Currently Sato is working as DECT FAE for Dialog semiconductor which is now Renesas Electronics. He was assigned as the chairman of the Japan Working Group in 2022.

Rajesh Rana
Rajesh Rana, Senior Engineer of Global Compliance at Shure Audio Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is based in Bangalore, India. Shure is a renowned American brand/manufacturer selling Audio products & accessories like Microphones, Wireless Microphone Systems, Discussion Systems, Digital Signal Processing. The company also deals with Audio listening products including Headphones, High-End Earphones, Personal Monitor Systems and Conferencing Systems. Rajesh is responsible for the regulatory and spectrum management for Shure in India and South Asia. He works closely with different agencies, test labs, regulatory bodies and industry associations in India and he does lobbying with the regulators on newly developing regulatory compliance and spectrum related policies. Rajesh has seven years of experience in the Product Regulatory Compliance domain. Prior to Shure he worked at organizations like XIAOMI for 3.5 years and before at Intertek and LG Electronics.
 
Jussi Numminen
Jussi Numminen has 30 years of experience on developing global wireless communication technologies and standards in various organizations. He has joined Wirepas since 2015 and is responsible for radio strategy covering standards, regulation and IPRs. Jussi is serving also ETSI TC DECT vice-chair. Before joining Wirepas he has leading standardization role at Nokia, STMicroelectronics, ST-Ericsson and Ericsson.

Kristian Saether was born in Lillehammer, Norway, and holds a M.Sc. degree in cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He has 18+ years of experience in various R&D-, applications-, -marketing and -product management roles for microcontrollers, processors, UWB radar and wireless solutions. He enjoys working with new technologies set to transform the world.

Heinz Thuerauf
Heinz Thuerauf is President of Synaptics/DSPG Germany. Heinz is the leader of Synaptics/DSPG/NXP/Philips’s audio and algorithm development groups for IoT and cordless phone/chip applications since more than 20 years. He is Vice-chairman of ETSI TC DECT and member of ETSI TC STQ.
